ISL6436LIB Overview

It is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is easy to carry thanks to its Tube-shaped packaging. The temperature should be regulated to -40°C~85°C for reliable operation. The device should work as long as it is powered by a 2.5V~5.5VV power source. A number of 8 terminations are found in it. When the supply voltage is 5V, high efficiency can be achieved. ISL6436 numbers are members of this family. It is currently possible to obtain 1A. A number of 2 channels are available at the moment. This device has a maximum supply voltage (Vsup) set to 5.5V.
