Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 2.97V~3.63V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. Switching can be done at 600kHz with this switching controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control.
