ISL6439AIRZ-T Overview

With a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~3.63V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 600kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
