ISL6440IA-TK Overview

As a result of 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 5.6V~24V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz . The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control. An analog IC with the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "ISL6440".
