ISL6520ACB Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Phase Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of 8 terminations are available in dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V.
