ISL6522CBZ-T Overview

Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V.
