ISL6527CB-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 2.97V~3.63V voltage are supplied and operated. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount.
