ISL6551ARZ-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 28-VQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~105°C TA. This switching controller can switch at 50kHz~500kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Dead Time Control, Enable, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. ISL6551 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
