For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6612.A board with 8 component pins is available.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 36V.
