ISL6614CB-T Overview

In order to increase flexibility, the package 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 4 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V demonstrates its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6614.A boot strap voltage of 36V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
