ISL6620IBZ Overview

For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number ISL6620.The interface IC is referred to as AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are 8 component pins on the board.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 36V.
