Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 6.8V~13.2V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number ISL6622.The interface IC is referred to as AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 36V.
