ISL6843IUZ Overview

Capsuled in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 9V~16V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~105°C TA. Switching can be done at Up to 2MHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
