ISL6845IB-T Overview

With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 9V~16V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~105°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 2MHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Frequency Control. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "ISL6845".
