ISL8002BIRZ-T Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A output current of voltage regulator. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. On the basis of 4.4V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. This switching regulator is more efficient and stable due to the PFM TECHNIQUE ALSO USED feature.
