ISL8036AIRZ-T Overview

For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 24 terminations were made. There is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 or 2 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. 2.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.85V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 6V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
