ISL8121IRZ Overview
With its 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 4.9V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. This switching controller can switch at 150kHz~2MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start, Tracking.
