ISL91211BIIZ-T Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 54-UFBGA, WLCSP package. There are 4 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Programmable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 4MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.3V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 5A 5A 5A 5A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. The maximal output voltage of 1.2V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily.
