ISL95808IRZ-T Overview

A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.The number of component pins is 8.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 33V.
