ISL97675IRZ Overview

To save board space, it uses the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As part of the design of this LED driver, there are 4 outputs that have been used.Surface Mount is used to mount the led driver.With high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator.-40°C~85°C TA is the operating temperature and it works fine.Backlight has considerable advantages.A frequency of 600kHz 1.2MHz is used as the basis for operation.The voltage supply can fail if it is below 4.5V.It's under the ISL97675 base part number.A voltage output of 45V is provided by this device.The device has a pin count of 20.An optimized supply voltage of 26V is provided.
