ISL98607EIAZ-TR5576 Overview

There are a total of 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP in order to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tape & Reel (TR). There is a general voltage output of ±5V~±5.7V from this power supply regulator. Its mounting type is Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Converter, TFT LCD. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.
