In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 36-CLCC package, there is an embedded clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 644.5313MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test. This is a clock generator compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
