Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 36-CLCC package. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 625MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
