M2020-11-625.0000T Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 36-CLCC package includes this clock generator. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 625MHz is available. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135V~3.465V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. There are several logic levels in LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
