MPC92429EIR2 Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 400MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set.
