X4165P-4.5A Overview

A Tube package is used to package the power management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The recommended mounting type is Through Hole. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using X4165, the base power ics number.
