X5083S8 Overview

A Tube package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow.
