X5165PZ-2.7A Overview

There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In this case, Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. You can always use X5165, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
