X5328S8 Overview

A Tube package is used to package the power management. Please refer to power management for 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. A total of 8 pins are located on this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: 0°C~70°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. You can always use X5328, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
