RT2101AGQW Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 700kHz~2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.95V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.827V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current. There is a maximum input voltage of 6V for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 3.3V volts. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 827mVV. DC DC switching regulator is able to operate in an easy way on the basis of the maximal output voltage of 3.6V. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 3.6V. Stable operation of switching regulator is possible because of the high operating temperature 85°C limit. Reliability is ensured at minimum DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures of -40°C. With regard to the input voltage, it is compatible with a minimum voltage of 2.95V. This DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 6V input voltage at its maxium.
