There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space-saving SOT-23-6 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. As a result of the 1.5A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V.
