For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1MHz. Regulator 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V.
