It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-6 package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 500kHz switching frequencies. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V.
