For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 500kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V.
