This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 800kHz.
