Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.
