RT7021AGS Overview

For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 13V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.
