RT7021BGN Overview

In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is used.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Through Hole.By using 13V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
