RT7028BGN Overview

There is greater flexibility with the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).
