For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 650kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.765V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 5A output current. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 18V. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 8V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 14 pins are required.
