optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.3V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2.5A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 18V for this voltage regulator 12v. A voltage of 8V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 600mV volts. By using the 8V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily.
