As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V. During switching regulator operation, 10 pins are used. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 600mV volts. DC DC switching regulator is able to operate in an easy way on the basis of the maximal output voltage of 5.5V.
