RT8073GQW Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, 12 terminations are present. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 300kHz~2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.9V as an input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 6A output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V.
