A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. 1.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V.
