For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.6V.
