RT8293BLGSP Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.2MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 23V. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 800mV. With a maximum output voltage of 15V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
