Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 600kHz. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. Featuring a 6A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 24V. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 800mV.
