RT9089AGQW Overview

There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. The output voltage of this voltage controller is Adjustable. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator as well as other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 1.1V~3.5V.
