RT9300AGE Overview

In order to save board space, the SOT-23-6 package is used. In this LED driver, there are 4 outputs.The mounting method is Surface Mount.With high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a Linear.It is capable of working normally at -40°C~85°C TA.With 6 pins at the base, this LED driver has a base configuration.There is a device mounted on the Surface Mount.In this case, 5.5V is acceptable.It operates at a voltage of 2.5V as its minimal input voltage.Whenever the maximum supply current is allowed, the value reaches 5.5V.Loads can only be powered by 20mA current.This electronic component can fully perform when the switching frequency is 10kHz.
