RT9361BGE Overview

The SOT-23-6 package saves space on the board. A LED driver with 1 outputs is designed.The led light driver is mounted using Surface Mount.In this case, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator with a high efficiency.This LED driver can be operated at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA. The benefits of Camera Flash are considerable.Based on the frequency of 1MHz, it operates on the basis of a pulse.This configuration is built upon 6 pins.If the voltage supply is below 2.8V, undetermined failures may occur.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.There is no maximum value acceptable for the supply voltage, so 4.5V is acceptable.Loads can only be powered by 150mA current.
